We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Civil Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to manage the daily construction of our premium residential villa project in Atmakur, Nellore Dist. You will be responsible for translating villa blueprints into reality, managing local labor/maistries, tracking materials, and maintaining premium finishing standards. The ideal candidate will have strong ground-execution experience and basic computer skills for progress reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Villa Execution & Work Supervision
- Setting Out: Mark foundation lines, column points, and room boundaries accurately using an auto-level or manual leveling tools based on architectural layouts.
- Drawing Execution: Read and implement detailed structural, architectural, and MEP drawings for individual villas.
- Labor Management: Supervise and assign daily targets to local maistries, bar-benders, centering teams, and laborers.
- Finishing Oversight: Maintain high-quality standards specifically for premium residential finishes, including brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and painting.
2. Quality Control & Material Tracking
- Steel & Shuttering Checks: Inspect reinforcement steel placement and bar-bending schedules (BBS) before casting slabs, beams, and columns.
- Material Management: Check the quality of incoming materials (sand, cement, bricks, aggregates) and monitor daily consumption on-site to minimize wastage.
- Stock Planning: Track inventory to raise timely material requests, ensuring work never stops due to shortage of cement, steel, or sand.
3. Site Records & MS Office Documentation
- Daily Site Diaries: Maintain daily records of work progress, concrete pour logs, and labor counts.
- MS Office Reporting: Use MS Excel and MS Word to create simple weekly progress reports, material stock sheets, and labor attendance tracker.
- Measurement Books: Measure the exact work completed by subcontractors for billing and verify local vendor invoices.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on site experience specifically in residential buildings, individual houses, or villa projects.
- Software: Basic working proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) is mandatory.
- Languages: Fluency in Telugu is highly preferred to communicate effectively with local labor and contractors.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for local transit around the project site area.
