About the Role:
Jockey is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Fashion Consultants to provide an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to understand customer needs while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Jockey products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS operations when required.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow store SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies.
Eligibility:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in retail, apparel, or customer service is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Sales and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
