Key Responsibilities and Expertise:
Thorough knowledge of Redevelopment of Cooperative Housing Societies and disputes under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act
Interpret and advise on applicable society laws, rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Independently handle litigation matters, including court appearances, drafting pleadings, and coordination with counsel
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting of Development Agreements and Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements (PAAA), Agreement for sale, sale deed, gift deed, release deed and/or any other document as the case maybe
Handling society-related correspondence, notices and legal documentation
Coordinating with developers, architects, consultants, and cooperative housing societies
Handling and resolving disputes pertaining to society redevelopment matters
