Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Target Management
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual clinic revenue goals.
- Drive patient acquisition for core services like Hijama/cupping therapy, weight loss, and skin/hair treatments.
- Handle high-pressure sales environments and enforce target-oriented accountability across the sales floor.
Team Leadership & Telesales Operations
- Manage, train, and mentor the Team Leaders and Telecalling Executives.
- Monitor daily dials, call quality, lead pitching, and final booking conversion rates.
- Implement scripts and strategy to turn cold leads into confirmed, walk-in clinic appointments.Branch Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work directly with various Clinic Branch Managers to balance appointment scheduling and optimize daily patient flow.
- Travel periodically across different branches to audit sales workflow, identify gaps, and boost team performance.
- Interface with the Digital Marketing Executive to track lead-generation funnels (Meta, Google Ads) and optimize conversion pipelines.
Marketing & Strategy
- Plan and deploy offline local promotional campaigns, community partnerships, and field marketing to maximize localized branding.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 to 8+ years experience in Sales & Marketing management.
- Mandatory industry experience: Prior experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Hospitals, Gyms, or BPO Outbound Sales environments is highly preferred.
Core Competencies
- Languages: Complete fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory for local client interactions.
- Leadership: Proven capabilities in team motivation, setting clear KPIs, and reducing employee attrition..
- Attitude: Resilient against target pressures, client rejections, and possessing excellent convincing/negotiation skills.
