Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV footage and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Operate and maintain surveillance equipment in good working condition.
- Review recorded footage as and when requested for investigations or audits.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with the on-ground security team for immediate response.
- Ensure the security system is functioning and notify technical staff in case of malfunctions.
- Assist in preparing incident reports with time-stamped footage evidence.
- Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance-related data and recordings.
- Follow company protocols and legal requirements for surveillance and data storage.
- Participate in regular training and drills related to security operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in electronics/security.
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV surveillance or security operations.
- Familiarity with CCTV hardware/software and basic troubleshooting.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
