We are looking for a hands-on Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished products as per drawings and work instructions, along with basic testing and quality checks.
This position is ideal for candidates with ITI / Diploma background having Electrical or Mechanical or Mechatronic Background or experience in assembly, fabrication, or production environments.
Role and responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical assembly of parts, components, and sub-assemblies
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments
- Conduct basic functional testing and inspection of assembled units
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances
- Maintain proper documentation of work completed
- Identify and report assembly issues or defects to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing (freshers can apply if trained)
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and tools
- Ability to use spanners, screwdrivers, drills, and measuring tools
- Good attention to detail
- Team player with willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹168,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
