Job Title: Customer Support Executive (B2B & B2C)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage both B2B and B2C customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, assisting with travel bookings, onboarding new travel agents, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the travel journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C customers.
- Assist customers with travel packages, hotel bookings, ferry bookings, sightseeing tours, and other travel-related services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with travel agents, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up with leads, existing customers, and travel partners.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Provide information regarding travel itineraries, pricing, availability, and company policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Onboard new travel agents and business partners.
- Assist agents with registration, documentation, account activation, and training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and customers.
- Support the sales and operations teams in achieving business objectives.
- Meet daily call, follow-up, and customer service targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, Travel Operations, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
