- Talent Acquisition: Write job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and negotiate salary packages.
- Onboarding & Training: Facilitate new-hire orientations and coordinate employee training programs.
- Performance Management: Administer periodic performance appraisals and assist managers with goal setting.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, health insurance, and paid leaves.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts, address grievances, and boost team morale.
- Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with local employment laws and statutory requirements.
