Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and related industries.
- Generate inquiries through cold calling, email campaigns, digital platforms, exhibitions, and customer visits.
- Promote pharmaceutical machinery and turnkey solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Handling
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate technical discussions between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and quotations.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Production, and Commercial teams for proposal preparation.
- Handle contract reviews and order finalization activities.
Marketing Activities
- Participate in domestic and international exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
- Maintain customer databases and market intelligence reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market opportunities.
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Pharmaceutical background preferred.
Required Experience
- 2 to 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Pharmaceutical Machinery.
- Experience in selling:
- Injectable Processing Equipment
- Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machines
- Vial Washing, Filling, Stoppering & Capping Machines
- Pharmaceutical Packaging Machinery
- Turnkey Pharmaceutical Projects
- Domestic and/or international sales experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
