About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Video Editor who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can handle consistent, high-volume output. You’ll work closely with the founder and the core team to turn everyday activities, events, and shoots into engaging content for social media.
This role is more about speed, consistency, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Convert raw footage into platform-ready content quickly
- Maintain a fun, energetic, and consistent visual style
- Work closely with the founder and content team on a daily basis
- Handle multiple edits simultaneously and meet tight timelines
- Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos
- Ability to work fast without constant supervision
- Good sense of pacing, text placement, and basic transitions
- Reliable, responsive, and comfortable with high-volume work
Good to Have
- Experience editing social media-first content
- Basic motion graphics or animated text skills
- Awareness of current social media trends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
