Department: Sales & Business Development : Hotels, Resorts, Institutional and residential India and International. The position is based out of India and Gurugram.
Reports to: Business Head Hospitality
Role Summary :
Lead growth of our hospitality textiles portfolio bed linen, drapes, cushions, throws, wall art , fabrics, upholstery. Youll own sales numbers and bring deep technical knowledge of fabrics, specifications, and compliance to win trust with architects, procurement heads, and GMs
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Account Growth :
- Own revenue & margin targets for soft furnishings across hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, healthcare hospitality or any other residential projects.
- Drive end-to-end sales: spec-in with architects/IDs, tender/RFP response, sampling, negotiation, closing
- Manage key accounts & hotel chains; grow wallet share across bed linen, curtains/drapes, blackout, sheers, cushions, throws, wall art textiles
- Build relationships with purchase managers, housekeeping heads, project teams, and FF&E consultants
Technical & Product Leadership :
- Expert in textile specs: thread count, Tex/denier, weave, fabric composition, etc.
- Advise clients on performance needs: durability for industrial wash, stain release, FR compliance finishes
- Lead sampling, mill approvals, lab dips, strike-offs; troubleshoot shade, hand-feel, and wash issues
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and mills on custom weaves, prints, embroidery, wall art textiles
- Must have hands on experience on working out of multiple inventory models.Project & Operations Interface:
- Convert BOQs to quotes; optimize constructions to meet budget and brand standard specs
Market & Strategy :
- Track hospitality design trends, sustainability demands organic cotton, recycled PET, traceability
- Benchmark competition on price, constructions, and service models like rental/linen lease
- Represent company at hotel trade shows, FF&E expos, and designer meets
Required Qualifications :
- Experience: 8-12 years in hospitality textiles, home furnishing exports, or hotel linen supply. Min 3 years in client-facing/sales role
- Sales: Proven history of spec-selling to hotels/chains, handling 5 Cr+ annual portfolio, tendering
- Technical: Strong command of yarns, weaves, dyes, prints, FR treatments, wash testing, AQL 2.5 standards
- Domain: Understands hotel operations housekeeping, laundry, room-wise linen costing
- Education: Textile Engineering/Fashion Tech/MBA preferred
- Ensure on-time delivery for new builds & renovations; manage mock-up rooms and site approvals
- Work with QC, logistics, and laundry teams on SOPs for linen life cycle, par levels, and replacement cyclesKey Skills:

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
