Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on experience in land acquisition, business
development, or real estate
transactions
in Bangalore.
Proven track record of independently sourcing, negotiating, and closing land
deals — preferably large
parcels
of 10 acres or more.
Experience working with luxury or premium residential developers, or in a land
advisory / property
consultancy
capacity, is strongly preferred.
Demonstrable exposure to JDA / JV deal structures, revenue share models, and
multi-owner land
consolidation.
Sound understanding of Karnataka land laws, RERA regulations, revenue records
(RTC, mutation),
conversion
orders, and registration processes.
Existing network of brokers, landowners, and intermediaries active in
Bangalore’s real estate market is a significant advantage.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
