Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), GitLab, GitHub, Apache Kafka, and SendGrid. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating cloud infrastructure, managing containerized deployments, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based applications across Azure and GCP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
- Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and release workflows using GitHub and GitLab.
- Deploy and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/GKE).
- Configure, administer, and monitor Apache Kafka clusters for reliable event streaming.
- Integrate and manage SendGrid for transactional and notification email services.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization across cloud environments.
- Ensure cloud security best practices, IAM policies, secrets management, and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline application delivery.
- Create and maintain deployment documentation, automation scripts, and operational runbooks.

Required Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure and GCP.
- Expertise in GitLab CI/CD, GitHub, and deployment automation.
- Experience with Apache Kafka administration or deployment.
- Knowledge of SendGrid integration for email services.
- Strong understanding of Linux administration and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
