Role Summary: Owns execution quality, performance optimization, and scaling of campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive speed of execution (campaign setup, testing, scaling)
- Ensure performance consistency across accounts
- Manage cross-team alignment (creative, landing pages, analytics)
- Monitor and optimize key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Implement A/B testing frameworks (creatives, audiences, funnels)
- Ensure tracking accuracy (pixels, events, conversions)
- Mentor executives and review campaign setups
