position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Eligibility Criteria
MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN EDTECH SALES IS MANDATORY.
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (B.A. and M.A. candidates are not eligible).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel working professionals regarding career advancement and upskilling opportunities.
Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Conduct consultative sales conversations over calls and virtual meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
Follow up with leads and ensure a seamless enrollment process.
Consistently achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Compensation & Benefits

Probation Period: 2 Months.
Salary offered at the time of joining will remain the same after successful completion of probation.
