Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer in hardware troubleshooting, system installations, and software configurations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, servers, switches, and networking components, along with strong knowledge of operating systems and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and troubleshoot hardware components, including desktops, laptops, servers, and switches.
- Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot professional software applications such as Microsoft Office 365, SQL Server etc..
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and manage user accounts and group policies.
- Perform basic networking setup, including configuring switches, access points, and network troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to users and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Document issues, solutions, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Support user account creation, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks.
- Maintain and monitor antivirus systems and endpoint protection software.
- Escalate complex issues to L2 or L3 support teams.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and system assembly.
- Hands-on expertise in installing and configuring Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and group policy management.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including configuring switches and access points.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
