Draft Bot Pro is building the AI-native operating system for Indian lawyers.
Thousands of lawyers already use our product to draft legal documents and conduct legal research using AI. We are a fast-growing, profitable startup building the future of legal work in India - from drafting and research to case strategy, matter workflows, and beyond.
We are a small, founder-led team. This is a high-ownership role where you will work directly with the founders.
We are looking for a senior product leader who can help us:
- Improve growth, monetization, acquisition and retention
- Strengthen core product experience
- Identify and validate new product lines and verticals
- Help define what Draft Bot Pro becomes over the next 3–5 years
This is not a traditional PM role.
You will operate like a mini-founder for product and growth.
What You Will Own
1. Growth & Monetization
- Improve activation, retention, and paid conversion using continuous Posthog monitoring
- Own onboarding and first-user experience
- Run pricing and packaging experiments
- Improve ARPU and reduce churn
- Build growth loops across product surfaces
2. Product Strategy & Execution
- Work directly with founders to define product direction
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product bets
- Prioritize roadmap based on customer and business impact
- Write PRDs, define success metrics, and ship experiments
- Work closely with engineering to execute quickly
3. New Product Lines (0→1)
4. You will be expected to:
- Identify opportunities
- Validate them through users and data
- Launch experiments quickly
- Help turn winning ideas into scalable product lines
5. Product Thinking Without Dedicated Design Support
We do not have a dedicated design team today.
You should be comfortable:
- Owning UX thinking end-to-end
- Creating low-fidelity flows and wireframes
- Working directly with engineers to iterate on UI/UX
- Ensuring clarity and usability of product experiences
6. Analytics & Experimentation
- Define and track key product metrics
- Build dashboards and monitor funnels
- Design and run A/B tests
- Conduct user interviews regularly
- Turn insights into shipped improvements
What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)
- Meaningfully improved activation, retention, and paid conversion
- Reduced churn and improved user engagement depth
- Launched at least one new validated product line or major initiative
- Identified multiple high-impact growth opportunities
- Helped shape the next phase of Draft Bot Pro’s product strategy
You will be expected to operate independently across product, UX, and growth.
Opportunity to Grow Into Leadership

You will start as an individual contributor working directly with founders.
As the company scales, you will have the opportunity to:

- Hire PMs, designers, and growth roles

We are looking for someone who wants to build both products and the organization behind them.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- 7–10+ years in Product, Growth, or similar roles
- Experience in early-stage startups (Seed to Series B preferred)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Experience launching products or growth initiatives end-to-end
- High ownership and execution bias
- Comfort working in ambiguity with minimal process
- Strong customer empathy and product intuition
Bonus
- Experience with PLG or subscription SaaS
- Experience with AI products or workflows
- Strong SQL / analytics experience
- Experience mentoring or leading small teams
- Experience shipping 0→1 products or new verticals
Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
