We're Hiring – NICU Staff Nurse

Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled NICU Staff Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to newborns requiring intensive medical attention. The ideal candidate will assist neonatologists and pediatricians, monitor critically ill and premature infants, administer medications, support families, and ensure the highest standards of neonatal care in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, and overall condition of neonates.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and feedings as prescribed.
- Assist neonatologists and pediatricians during procedures and emergency situations.
- Operate and monitor NICU equipment, including incubators, ventilators, CPAP, and infusion pumps.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Educate and support parents regarding newborn care, breastfeeding, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure strict infection control practices and adhere to NICU protocols.
Eligibility
- B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or Diploma in Nursing with a valid nursing registration.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of NICU or neonatal care experience will be preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge of neonatal nursing and emergency care.
- Excellent communication, observation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
