Position: HR Manager
Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi - Full-time – Onsite
Timing: 09.00 am to 06.00 pm
Working: 6 Days a Week ( Monday to Saturday)
Preference: Retail
Qualifications
Strong experience in HR management, operations, employee relations, policies, and human resources
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in India
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Handle the recruitment process by shortlisting candidates, organising interview schedules and following up with the candidates.
· Maintain attendance and leave records of employees
· Statutory Compliance ESIC/EPF/PT – New registrations/updations/ Exit
· Working on end-to-end recruitment life cycle
· Calling and sourcing candidates from the given database
· Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
· Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
· Collecting and verifying documents post-selection and proceeding with offer release
· Creating and maintaining documentation of the database and the progress of each candidate
· Maintaining a professional work style and working as part of a team
· Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Tracking candidates and follow-ups, Processing CVs, Updating/Maintaining Internal database.
· Identifying the right candidate with the right skills to match the requirements
· Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate, including communication, interpersonal skills, confidence level, presentation, and ability to make the right decision.
· Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
· Organising interviews for candidates as requested.
· Negotiating salary pay and finalising the arrangements between client and candidate.
· Develop / Implement / Maintain RNR Programs
· Staff Engagement Activities from time to time
· Implement an Incentive in the sales evaluation region/statewide
· Maintain Documents of staff / Soft Copies / Hardcopies / Employee-wise
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
