Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and portfolio)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing team. You will be at the heart of our visual storytelling, responsible for capturing high-quality footage at events and transforming raw clips into cinematic highlights, digital invitations, and engaging social media content. If you have an eye for composition, a strong grasp of modern editing techniques, and a passion for capturing core memories, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot & Capture: Film high-quality video for weddings, pre-weddings, and studio sessions. Set up and manage professional studio lighting and audio equipment.
- Cinematic Editing: Edit raw event footage into polished deliverables, including short teasers, cinematic highlights, and full-length event documentaries.
- Social Media Optimization: Create dynamic, fast-paced vertical content (Reels/Shorts) designed to maximize reach and align with current Instagram algorithms.
- Digital Asset Creation: Assist in crafting premium digital video invitations and announcement deliverables for clients.
- Workflow Management: Cull large batches of footage, organize project files efficiently, and meet strict client delivery deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Equipment Mastery: Hands-on experience shooting with full-frame mirrorless systems (knowledge of Sony systems and prime lenses like an 85mm f1.4 is a major plus).
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Design Familiarity: Basic working knowledge of creative tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Express for integrating text and graphics into video assets.
- Trend Awareness: A strong understanding of social media trends, pacing, transitions, and audio selection for brand growth.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to our studio in Rani Bagh, Pitampura, and travel locally across Delhi NCR for on-site event shoots.
