Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Measure work quantities and assist in preparing progress reports.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and material consumption records.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist in planning, material management, and site coordination.
- Report project updates, issues, and delays to senior engineers.
- Support project handover and documentation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and civil engineering practices.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
