Analyst, Risk and Regulatory Services
We are seeking an Analyst to support the Assurance Nonattest Quality & Risk Management team within the Audit & Assurance business. This role supports quality monitoring and risk-sensing activities across Assurance nonattest engagements and helps teams adhere to internal policies, quality standards, and established processes. The professionals in this role will analyze monitoring results, identify trends and risk indicators, and support reporting through Tableau/Power BI dashboards, insights, and management reporting. The role also requires awareness of product development concepts, including ideation, testing, and release cycles, to help enhance efficiency of monitoring solutions and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with relevant experience in compliance, quality monitoring, reporting, analytics, engagement operations, or related business support environments.
Work you'll do
As a Analyst, Risk and Regulatory Services in the Assurance Nonattest Quality & Risk Management team, you will be responsible for:

Support execution of quality and compliance tracking across Assurance nonattest engagements

Perform data validation, data cleansing, and trend analysis to improve the reliability and usability of reporting outputs

Experience with Excel and structured data analysis. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and convert findings into practical recommendations

Translate business, risk, and process and policy requirements into meaningful metrics, reporting views, and actionable insights

Track findings, remediation actions, and closure status to support timely follow-up and effective issue management

Prepare concise summaries, presentations, and reports for leadership and key stakeholders

Collaborate with Quality & Risk Management (QRM) and engagement teams to strengthen processes and report effectiveness. Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies, templates, governance, and analytics capabilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency through analysis of operational and performance data leveraging critical thinking. Support the evolution of reporting and monitoring capabilities by applying awareness of product ideation, testing approaches, user needs, and release cycles

The team
The Assurance Nonattest Quality & Risk Management team supports quality monitoring, risk-sensing, and reporting activities across Assurance nonattest engagements. The team works closely with Quality & Risk Management and business stakeholders to strengthen compliance, improve reporting effectiveness, and enhance monitoring processes through data-driven insights and operational rigor.

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in engagement operations, project management, or data analytics

2+ years of experience creating leadership level reporting, analyses, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
-
2+ years of experience supporting project-based work involving multiple stakeholders

Hands-on experience with Tableau / Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling/analytics, and report creation
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations
-
Experience in Assurance related services, compliance, risk, quality tracking, reporting, data analytics, or related business operations

Awareness of product development concepts, including ideation, testing, and release cycles. Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred
