Position Title: Microsoft 365 Cloud EngineersLocation: Remote

These Are Your Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the design and implementation of modular, cloud-based systems
- Support development teams in individual projects within the company environment and for external clients
- Configure and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices and security guidelines
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues, and provide improvement suggestions
- Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and offer recommendations based on customer needs
Cloud Engineers are IT professionals who design, implement, and manage cloud-based systems for businesses. They develop and deploy cloud applications and migrate existing on-premise applications to the cloud.

ii. For 3.level
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Experte
- Project experience
- Akash seems to have worked a lot with migrations from a source system to another which is not our focus.
- What we would be looking for is more around this
i. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Experience with Entra ID for identity and access management
- PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks
- Network and cloud knowledge, especially regarding hybrid environments
- Understanding of security and compliance policies in Microsoft 365
ii. Experience
- Administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshooting and support for end users and IT teams
- Implementation of security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and threat protection
- Experience with migrations from on-premises systems (e.g., SharePoint Server, File Share) to the cloud or tenant-to-tenant (T2T)
- Collaboration with other IT teams to optimize infrastructure
iii. Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
- Analytical thinking to solve problems efficiently
- Proactive willingness to learn
