Job profile:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers generated through marketing campaigns, online portals, and databases.
- Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding residential and commercial properties.
- Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, payment plans, and current offers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Update customer details, call logs, and follow-up activities in the CRM system or Excel.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-up.
- Achieve daily calling targets, lead generation goals, and appointment-setting targets.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities as required.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered).
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and persuasive skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
