Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Production Engineer/Shift In-charge with 3–8 years of experience in the Steel Manufacturing industry to manage and optimize production operations. The candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Manufacturing processes, production planning, manpower handling, quality standards, and process improvement to ensure smooth and efficient production activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Supervise all production activities during the shift.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
Ensure product quality meets specifications.
Maintain Production records and prepare shift reports.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Store and Planning department.
Training & guide Operators and helpers.
Follow & enforce safety (EHS) and company policy.
Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5s.
Skills Required:
Leadership and Team Management.
Problem-solving and decision making.
Knowledge of quality system and safety practices.
Basic Computer knowledge(Excel, ERP/MIS)
Must have Diploma/B Tech in mechanical
