Position Title: Sr. Sales Manager – Export

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Sales Manager – Export to lead and expand our international business operations. The role involves developing export strategies, managing global clients, and driving revenue growth across international markets while ensuring compliance with export regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve international business targets.
- Identify and expand new markets, distributors, and global business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Handle end-to-end export sales cycle including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and policies.
- Lead and mentor the export sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 7–12 years of experience in export sales, preferably in pharma, food, industrial or aromatic chemicals.
· Hands on experience working with ERP.
· Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international trade practices.
· Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and market expansion.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
