Admin – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Administration & Facility Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities of the plant.
- Ensure proper maintenance of building, utilities, housekeeping, and sanitation.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and AMC services for equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage security arrangements and ensure safety protocols are followed.
2. Manpower & HR Support
- Maintain attendance records and coordinate with HR for payroll input.
- Support onboarding and documentation for new employees/workers.
- Monitor discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Handle uniform, ID card, PPE distribution and recordkeeping.
3. Vendor & Material Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, canteen, transport, security, etc.
- Check vendor bills and verify services before forwarding for payment.
- Maintain stock of admin materials (stationery, cleaning supplies, PPE, etc.)
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory records (visitor log, gate pass, housekeeping log, safety checklists, etc.)
- Support safety audits, internal audits, ISO documentation, and plant compliance activities.
5. Transport & Logistics Support
- Manage company vehicles, driver schedules, and logbooks.
- Coordinate with transporters for employee transport or material movement.
- Issue gate passes and track inward/outward materials (non-production items).
6. Employee Welfare & Canteen Management
- Monitor canteen operations, food quality, and hygiene.
- Handle employee welfare facilities—drinking water, restrooms, first aid, etc.
- Coordinate events, celebrations, and training programs at the plant.
7. Communication & Coordination
- Act as a link between Corporate Office/HO and plant teams.
- Coordinate with production, HR, accounts, and maintenance for admin support.
- Prepare reports on plant admin activities, expenses, and requirements.
8. Safety & Emergency Preparedness
- Ensure availability of first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, and safety equipment.
- Support safety team in conducting drills, training, and inspections.
- Report any unsafe conditions immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
