- 12th Pass with relevant work experience (mandatory), or

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
