Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain product, order, and customer data in our e-commerce system.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms.
- Assist with daily order processing and coordination between production and customer service teams.
- Review product listings, pricing, and descriptions for accuracy.
- Identify and correct data errors with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Previous computer experience is required (Excel, Word, data, google sheets, entry software, or similar).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – must communicate clearly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, printing, or apparel is an added advantage
