Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with strong functional expertise and training capabilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation, support, rollout, or enhancement projects and be able to deliver engaging, practical, and project-oriented training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct SAP PM training sessions for students, working professionals, and corporate learners.
- Deliver practical training using real-time business scenarios and project case studies.
- Train participants on SAP PM configuration, master data, and maintenance processes.
- Provide hands-on guidance on project implementation and support activities.
- Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Mentor learners and help them understand industry best practices.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Prior training or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
- SAP PM Certification preferred but not mandatory.
