QUALITY ANALYST TEAM LEAD
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with Agile methodologies (or relevant SDLC).
Possess in-depth knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques (e.g., functional & non-functional, performance, security, scalability).
Stay up-to-date on the latest QA tools and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to the testing process.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments (Development, Product/Project Management, Sales team, CSM team).
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit) is a mandatory
Hold a good API testing experience (using POSTMAN/Swagger/SOAPUI etc)
Work with a business analyst/Project manager to get test scenarios/cases reviewed and approved.
Support automating traceability of Stories, Acceptance Criteria and test cases through the integration of CI and BDD frameworks and tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Expertise in developing test strategy, test plans and test cases, engaging in Exploratory testing, creating and analysing Defect Reports and root-cause analysis
Experience in creating dashboards for data quality measurements with KPIs.
