Tatvara is a digital solutions studio building premium websites and
AI automation systems for small and mid-sized businesses — equestrian
academies, veterinary clinics, healthcare providers, automobile
dealerships, fashion labels, and real estate. We operate lean and
founder-led by design, and interns work directly with the founder on
real client engagements from day one.
We're hiring a Business Development Intern in Delhi NCR to own our
sales pipeline in the city. This is a field role - you'll be meeting
business owners in person, not working from a laptop - built for
someone who wants real B2B sales experience with uncapped earning
potential.
What you'll do:
- Identify and prospect small and mid-sized businesses across our
target industries in Delhi NCR
- Conduct outreach and in-person meetings to pitch Tatvara's website
and digital solutions using demo sites, decks, and videos we provide
- Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact through
negotiation to closing - and hand off to our delivery team post-sale
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. You earn 25% of every deal you
close, paid after project delivery - for example, ₹6,250 on a
₹25,000 project, with no cap on deals closed. A monthly petrol
allowance of ₹2,000 is provided to cover travel, paid regardless of
deals closed. Strong performers are offered a full-time role with a
fixed base plus commission at the end of the internship.

Requirements:
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license - daily travel to meet
prospects is core to this role
- Smartphone with reliable internet for daily reporting and
coordination
- Comfortable speaking English and Hindi - most prospects are local
business owners
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not
required; we value hustle and comfort with rejection over a résumé
line
