Key Responsibilities:1. Workshop Operations Management
- Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Maintain proper job cards, service records, and documentation
2. Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate technicians, service advisors, and support staff
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies
- Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development sessions
3. Customer Satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain high service quality standards
- Ensure proper communication with customers regarding repairs and timelines
4. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve workshop revenue targets (labour + spare parts)
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of technicians
- Control costs and minimize wastage
5. Inventory & Spare Parts Management
- Coordinate with spare parts department for availability
- Ensure proper stock management and avoid delays in service
- Monitor usage of tools, equipment, and consumables
6. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all repairs meet company and manufacturer standards
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the workshop
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good technical knowledge of automobiles (2W/4W as applicable)
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, workshop management software).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
