Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Call mature leads, follow up on payment dues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the advantages of our software solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Team Collaboration: Share best practices, insights, and market feedback with the marketing team.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of service knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Client Solutions: Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions.
- Sales Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

- Indiamart Panel: Utilize the Indiamart panel for calling and follow-ups to streamline client interactions.
