This role will contribute to the MA — Development courses in the postgraduate programmes. This is a 2‑year full-time position.
As an Academic Associate (AA), you will,

Engage with course-related literature and conduct literature searches on given topics.

Prepare summaries and short case studies for use in courses.

Conduct tutorials for students who need help with individualised support or review sessions for specific courses.

Prepare accessible teaching material, assist in field practice, and provide extra support to student projects outside of class hours.

Identify reliable sources of quantitative data to compile graphs, tables or infographics.

Mentor postgraduate student of MA Development and provide guidance on their projects and other activities.
As an Academic Associate in MA Development, you will be able to engage in independent or collaborative research projects under the guidance of faculty members. You will be assigned a faculty mentor who will provide mentorship, feedback, and support in pursuing independent research projects.
