Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to support business units across multiple markets with planning, forecasting, reporting, and automation initiatives. The role involves working closely with regional business partners, supporting monthly forecasting cycles, performance reporting, cost analysis, and strategic finance projects.
Responsibilities:
Operational Support

Download, validate, and analyse volume and forecast data.

Maintain and update cost cards with coordination from Business Unit teams.

Prepare and update RF (Rolling Forecast) files, including BOM, actuals, and pricing.

Communicate and manage component price updates, GP files, and FX rate changes.

Prepare and support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) submissions and related checks.
Financial Analysis & Reporting

Conduct detailed variance analysis of actuals vs. forecasts (volume, productivity, prices).

Prepare Cost of Change (CoC) analysis and integrate into performance review decks (PBRs).

Lead or support monthly closing activities in TM1, including reconciliation and accuracy checks.

Partner with business teams to support productivity tracking and reporting (e.g., 3PM slides).
Automation & Projects

Identify opportunities for automation in recurring finance tasks.

Contribute to strategic finance projects (e.g., Cockpit, AI, data repositories).

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support contract renewals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CMA/MBA preferred).

3–5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or business partnering roles.

Proficient in SAP, and Microsoft Excel; experience with TM1/Alteryx is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
