We are hiring an Accountant for a growing retail food brand operating across physical stores, online delivery platforms and B2B channels.
This is a hands-on role based at our production facility in Channasandra, Whitefield. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, tracking the financial health of the business and ensuring that sales, purchases and inventory are properly reconciled.
What you will be responsible for
- Maintain day-to-day accounts, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments
- Track cash flow, receivables and vendor payments
- Process and maintain vendor invoices
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Reconcile sales across Online Platforms, B2B orders and physical stores
- Track inventory, stock movement, purchases, sales and wastage
- Monitor inventory and food costs
- Maintain GST, TDS, invoices and supporting documentation
- Assist with GST filings and other statutory requirements
- Consolidate financial information across multiple outlets
- Prepare regular financial reports and account summaries
- Help improve accounting and inventory processes as the business grows
What we are looking for
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Working knowledge of Tally and Excel
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliations
- Comfortable handling inventory-related accounting
- Experience in retail, food, restaurants, FMCG or multi-outlet businesses is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage day-to-day accounts
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
