Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Partnerships
- Identify and secure kiosk locations in malls, tech parks, metro stations, and airports.
- Negotiate rental and operational agreements with property owners and management.
- Coordinate with corporate teams to set up kiosks in large office campuses.
Kiosk Operations
- Manage kiosk setup, branding, installation, and maintenance.
- Ensure all kiosks remain fully operational with minimal downtime.
- Work with product teams to improve the customer experience and kiosk journey.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Executives and Interns.
- Coach the team on customer engagement and sales techniques.
