Why this role exists
We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous Founder's Office Associate (Growth & Partnerships) to support our corporate growth and executive leadership team. This role serves as the central coordination engine, responsible for market research, pitch asset creation, pipeline tracking, and project management across multiple organizational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct landscape scans, prospect mapping, and background research briefs on potential corporate and institutional partners.
- Support the drafting, structural layout, and professional formatting of proposals, concept notes, and client presentation decks.
- Maintain, update, and manage the internal funder CRM and pipeline tracking systems.
- Coordinate directly between internal verticals (Communications, Partnerships, Programs) to track deliverable timelines and avoid operational delays.
- Generate light data analysis, reports, and summary dashboards for executive review.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with strong academic or co-curricular achievements.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Project Management, Corporate Support, Account Management, Startup Operations, or related operational roles. Strong recent graduates considered.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office (specifically Excel, Sheets, and PowerPoint).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication, structured organization, and the ability to systematically follow up with team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup, fellowship program, or an environment requiring self-directed work.
- Professional exposure to or a foundational interest in the corporate sustainability, CSR, or development sector.
Location and Work Model
- Location: Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru (Required to commute/relocate to any of these hubs)
- Work Model: Full-time Hybrid/Office infrastructure

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
