Roles:
To maximize the Director’s efficiency by acting as a strategic gatekeeper and administrative partner.
By managing daily operations and anticipating needs, the PA ensures the Director can focus on high-level decision-making and core business goals rather than routine tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage and coordinate the Director's daily calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, often responding on behalf of the Director.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including visas, flights, and detailed itineraries.
- Meeting Logistics: Prepare agendas, record minutes of meetings (MOM), and track follow-up action items.
- Administrative Oversight: Maintain records, prepare reports and presentations, and manage expenses or invoices.
- Personal Assistance: Assist with personal business tasks, errands, and household coordination as required to free up the Director's time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 2–10 years (or more for senior roles) as a PA or Executive Assistant.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional multitasking, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written English skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
