We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (Lead Generation)
Spaculus Software is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in lead generation for the IT/software services industry.
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other digital prospecting channels.
- Research and identify potential clients across international markets, including the U.S., U.K., and Europe.
- Extract, validate, and enrich prospect data using tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation platforms.
- Build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date lead database.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team by sharing qualified leads for further engagement.
- Track daily outreach activities and maintain records in CRM systems.
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and previously contacted prospects.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare and share regular activity and lead generation reports with senior management.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation or Demand Generation, preferably in the IT/Software Services industry.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email automation tools.
Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to identify key decision-makers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
