Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, billing, and contract administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing project costs efficiently while ensuring quality and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Estimate project costs and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
- Evaluate variations, change orders, and cost implications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Review contracts, quotations, and tender documents.
- Track material consumption and project progress.
- Prepare cost reports and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and cost control.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
