Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking authentic Continental dishes.
Prepare workstations before service by organizing ingredients, chopping, washing, and ensuring all necessary steps needs to be look after.
Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. This includes monitoring appliance temperatures. Assist with organizing the pantry and walk-in coolers, monitoring ingredient stock levels, and reporting shortages or spoilage to HOD or Department head.
Maintain accurate portion sizes and minimize food waste to help the kitchen control food costs.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
