Indo Texnology is a Coimbatore-based manufacturing company with a shop-floor and staff workforce. We're hiring a hands-on HR Generalist to own day-to-day people operations — hiring, compliance, and
keeping our workforce metrics on track.
The role
A practical, on-the-ground HR role for someone who likes being close to the floor. You'll run hiring end-to-end, keep statutory compliance clean, and track the team's KPIs — attendance, productivity,
headcount — week in, week out.
What you'll do
- Run hiring end-to-end for shop-floor and staff roles — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining.
- Track KPIs at the team/floor level — attendance, productivity, manpower planning; keep the trackers honest.
- Own factory HR ops & compliance — onboarding, attendance & leave, payroll inputs, PF/ESI/PT, contract-labour and factory-relevant statutory work, grievance basics, discipline.
- Support day-to-day people matters — engagement, communication, and worker queries on the floor.
You'll thrive here if you
- Have 4–7 years as an HR generalist, ideally with manufacturing / plant / shop-floor exposure.
- Have closed roles yourself and know local sourcing — Naukri, walk-ins, agencies, referrals.
- Are comfortable with factory statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT, contract labour) — or can learn it fast.
- Are organised, own your trackers, never drop a follow-up.
- Are fluent in Tamil and English, based in (or near) Coimbatore.
Nice to have: hands-on ESI/PF/contract-labour in a factory · safety/statutory compliance · basic KPI/MIS reporting · greytHR/Keka.

Pay: ₹24,633.93 - ₹61,341.22 per month
