Mind & Matter is looking for a dynamic and driven Client Servicing Executive to join our growing Digital Marketing team!

Role: Client Servicing Executive
Team: Digital Marketing
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant agency experience
Location: Kolkata
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client briefs and collaborate closely with our creative, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns.
- Present strategies, campaign reports, and performance metrics to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the client’s business goals.
- Proactively identify upsell or growth opportunities within your client portfolio.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, SEO, PPC, Content Marketing).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm attitude under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
