Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Consultant to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, recommend suitable IT solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Interact with clients to understand business needs and challenges
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD/FRD)
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Solution Design & Consulting:
- Recommend appropriate IT solutions (software, ERP, applications)
- Provide process improvement suggestions and best practices
- Prepare solution documents, workflows, and use cases
Client Interaction & Support:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients during projects
- Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops
- Provide functional guidance and resolve client queries
Implementation & Coordination:
- Coordinate with development and technical teams for execution
- Ensure timely delivery of projects as per requirements
- Assist in system configuration and testing
Testing & Validation:
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Validate system outputs and ensure alignment with requirements
- Support issue resolution and change requests
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Prepare MIS and status reports
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in IT consulting / business analysis
- Strong understanding of software/ERP systems
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
