Duration:- 3 or 6 Months
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- Profiles shortlisting, Assisting in hiring, Screening, and Onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and find the best fit for the company.
- Take feedback meetings for the process and maintaining a healthy environment.
- Handle employee engagement.
- Provide administrative support.
- Coordinating with office activities.
- Good communication skills – both oral and written
- Human Resources domain knowledge
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail.
