Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative with experience in field sales and a decent understanding of the air purification/HVAC/IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets for our air purification solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and sell air purification solutions, fresh air units, HVAC-related products, standalone air purification systems, and related products.
- Meet architects, MEP consultants, facility managers, EHS managers, procurement teams, builders, hospitals, schools, commercial offices, industries, and corporate clients.
- Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable air purification solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.
- Generate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales
- Decent knowledge of air filtration technologies, fresh air systems, and commercial air purification products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage sales territories and client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
