Job Summary
The MIS Executive cum Admin Assistant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports, managing data, coordinating with different departments, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities. The role requires strong MS Excel and computer skills, accuracy, good coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesMIS Responsibilities
- Collect daily, weekly, and monthly data from different departments/sites.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
- Maintain databases, records, trackers, and Excel sheets.
- Prepare Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, SUMIF/SUMIFS and other Excel-based reports.
- Prepare dashboards, charts, summaries, and management reports.
- Track attendance, manpower, productivity, expenses, and other operational data as required.
- Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections.
- Maintain proper digital filing and backup of MIS records.
- Provide data and reports to management for decision-making.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Admin Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Maintain physical and digital records and documentation.
- Prepare letters, notices, memos, reports, and official correspondence.
- Maintain office files, registers, stationery, and other administrative records.
- Coordinate with employees, supervisors, vendors, and other departments.
- Assist in attendance, leave, employee documentation, and HR/Admin records.
- Maintain meeting schedules, minutes, and follow-up records.
- Handle emails, calls, and routine office communication.
- Support management in administrative and operational activities.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other office activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/BA/B.Sc. preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in MIS, administration, back-office, data management, or a similar role.
- Computer Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- MS Excel: Strong practical knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, charts, and data management.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets/Drive will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP software is preferred.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Working Conditions
- Office-based position with regular coordination with internal departments and field/site teams.
- May require additional working hours during month-end reporting, audits, or urgent management requirements.
- Must be comfortable working extensively on computers and Excel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
