Job Title: DSA Technical Trainer

Location: Near West Godavari,AP (Onsite).
We are looking for a DSA Technical Trainer for a 3-month contract to deliver structured training in Data Structures and Algorithms. The role typically includes designing and delivering training sessions, creating learning material, mentoring learners, and evaluating progress through assignments, coding exercises, and mock interviews.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms, including arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hashing, recursion, sorting, searching, and dynamic programming.
- Design lesson plans, coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and practice problems aligned with learner skill levels.hiring.
- Conduct live problem-solving sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and mentoring support to improve learner understanding and coding confidence.
- Assess learner progress through tests, coding evaluations, attendance tracking, and regular feedback.
- Customize training content using examples, case studies, and interview-oriented questions to improve practical application.
- Maintain training records, course completion status, and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align schedules, course objectives, and expected outcomes for the 3-month program.
- Stay updated with current programming and training practices to keep the sessions relevant and effective.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms with hands-on coding ability.
- Good command of at least one programming language such as Java, C++, or Python, since DSA trainer roles commonly expect language-based instruction.
- Experience in technical training, mentoring, teaching, or workshop delivery.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create training plans, technical content, assignments, and learner assessments.
- Good organizational skills and time management for a fixed-term delivery schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is commonly expected for technical trainer roles.
- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer, Coding Instructor, Mentor, or similar role is preferred.
- Experience training students, freshers, or working professionals in coding interviews or programming fundamentals is an advantage.
